not working,
Honestly, I subscribed for a few minutes and then I canceled. The chrome extension wasn't working. I didn't try the actual application but I was only looking for a good extension to use on Etsy. After reading through some of these reviews, I learned that the chrome extension has not been working for months now. Then I read a lot of horror stories that convinced me not to stay with this company. There are far better companies out there that have a better reputation I'd rather start my business with....
Horrible. Paid the year in advance and wish I hadn't. Searches don't sort properly and lacks the variety of tool options other places have. The extension hasn't worked once in several days. It will pop up and work occasionally but most times it doesn't work. After the prepaid year is up I won't be using again. Far better research tools out there. Sorry Sale Samurai I really wanted to like your research tool but it's greatly lacking in comparison. Suggestions: I'd look into fixing the chrome extension as that is very beneficial for etsy sellers and not at all consistent with actually working. Also, compare your tool options to other places in comparison to what you charge.
Great, I use for my Etsy store and am now at the top of the search page almost every time. It is accurate and fabulous - I won't list items without double checking on Sales Samurai first. I took a break from Etsy for awhile and canceled with no issues and then now signed up again, also with NO issues - AND all my data from before is still saved so I didn't have to start all over again. It's great!

BEWARE!!! This company is terrible. I tried their "free trial" and quickly realized their service would not be useful for me. I did not use their service. Yet, They have charged my account $79.99 for 2 YEARS and refused to refund when asked. I contested the charge my on VISA and they fought it. BEWARE. DON't GIVE THEM PAYMENT INFORMATION.
