Slow slow slow slow slow, you get the picture. Takes 2 minutes to show results for one keyword, constantly kicks me out, i don't have time for this.Full of bugs, constantly crashes. I guess you get what you paid for. No thanks.
I heard great things about SaleSamurai from other sellers and decided to jump on the bandwagon. Out of the gate, I noticed how SLOW it was to do a simple search for keywords. The Chrome extension wasn't any better. After watching the tutorial videos to then navigating the page itself, I noticed there were many different updates since when the video was created. The biggest being that it looks like SaleSamurai shows more Google analytics rather than Etsy which is not what I am looking for. Extremely disappointed since I had such high hopes. Does anyone else recommend a better SEO tool specifically for Etsy?
Super poor performance. Takes ages to load up and it's UI isn't much friendly either.

I just subscribed to Sales Samurai, but so far i've not had any issues. From a research perspective, this is a GREAT tool for gathering keyword, competitive info and even generating ideas. SEO research is a pain and the way this categorizes and breaks it down makes it so much easier. I also love the calendar and that they have listed every single holiday across multiple countries. That's just useful for social media planning as well. If I have technical issues, maybe my rating will change, but for now it's totally 5 stars!
Sale Samurai is a joke. I will be taking my business elsewear as the most useful tool (the ability to view competition and key words) only works 1/3 of the time on a good day. When I placed my Sale Samurai on hold before, it kept crashing my Etsy page whenever I tried to search something in the Etsy search bar section. If this worked as advertised and functioned 95%+ of the time, I would continue using Sale Samurai, but this is inexcusable based on what they charge per month/year and how poorly of a job it does in "helping your Etsy business". Do yourself a favor and look elsewear. Your online business will thank you.
Seems to be scraping overall search volume on Google...not Etsy. I get the exact same results when I use the free "Keywords Everywhere" Chrome tool. I love Sale Samurai...but this tool doesn't give me the exact info I was needing.
Doesn't working, I am trying to get help since 3 days, they are saying, extension is working from our side etc etc. They don't know how to resolve the issue that I am facing. They don't even listen their buyers. Waste of money and time.
