This Chrome extension allows you to load Reddit images directly, bypassing the HTML pages that contain the images. It supports URLs from i.redd.it, preview.redd.it, and external-preview.redd.it. Additionally, requests to www.reddit.com/media?url=$IMAGE_URL (the HTML page) are automatically redirected to $IMAGE_URL (the direct image URL).
Note: By adjusting the extension settings, you can prefer redirecting to the original high-resolution image URL (i.redd.it) over the preview URLs.
