Awesome, Antony. This is extremely useful.
Finally ! My state-of-the-art so far was <command>-number key to switch to a tab... clunky and only useful for a small number of tabs. This is incomparably better. Look forward to making use of tab-saving next...
Tabli is useful when I am working on a project that requires me to have many different documentation and testing browser tabs open. When the tab titles get too small to read, Tabli lets me easily find the documentation tab I'm need. It's also useful for accessing my employer's internal sites. There are six different HR, facilities, etc. sites, and I save them all as a group in Tabli so I can quickly get to whichever one I need.
Tabli is now a key part of optimizing my browser usage. I try to keep related tabs organized in windows, so I generally have ~10 windows open and 50-80 tabs. Some are "to read someday", some are email / social media and related links, some are related to specific work projects. My main use cases for Tabli are: * to find tabs among the many I have open. e.g. Ctrl-. and type mail gets me to my Gmail tab in a second instead of paging through windows trying to find the gmail tab visually * to reduce the number of tabs I have open by saving a window full of them with a meaningful name. This is particularly useful for work projects. I have installed Tabli on all my family's machines, it's a pain to use a computer without it. Awesome work, thanks so much for making this and releasing it for free!
Simple, easy, great!
This is a great, super useful tool. It is simple and very easy to use.
Love it! Super easy to use.
I like the scrolling layout, but this is missing the crucial feature of being able to move tabs between windows. The Tab Organizer extension does a better job at this. Also, I don't want yet another proprietary place where I have tabs/bookmarks saved - I have all my bookmarks in pinboard, and that web service also has a "save tabset" feature.
