Ring won't make sound on multiple machines and multiple devices. Asks to sign in on each tab, or wipes favorites. Do not recommend. Use Max Agent instead.

This application works very smoothly and supports most of the features like voice , social media etc. Also it provides unique capability for agent to utilize apps like calendar, directories, queues along with their wait time etc. Love it and will recommend to all
