I am following iota project since 2017 and every few years, they do a 180 degree flip and introduce "the next big update" and launch a new wallet and then few years later, they scrap everything and launch another "the next big update" and with a new wallet. All while the iota price is stuck on 0.1 forever because the network has no utility so far. This extension based wallet seems like a big downgrade compared to firefly.
I am unable to see my NFT's in this chrome wallet and there is no proper documentation on where to find it. Its frustrating and no one able to help What's the point in changing these wallets without properly informing people how to do it?
there is no way to restore a Firefly wallet using a backup file (.stronghold) I was wrong, I apologize, I didn't understand it at first but the developers clearly explained how to open the wallet everything works great and fast
Why would they get rid of Firefly?? it was just a beautiful wallet
Funktioniert gut, aber warum muss man den Ledger Nano S umständlich manuell mittels Python updaten?? Warum ist das nicht normal in Ledger Live verfügbar, auch wenn dieser wegen kleinem Speicher deprecated ist, passt die Iota App da doch rein.
This wallet is clunky, hard to find and a massive downgrade from Firefly wallet. I am disappointed.

App works beautifully! Very excited to start earning staking rewards! Had a few hiccups and questions at first, but support was amazing and they helped me fix all my problems. I saw some reviews here say that support is non-existent, but that is absolutely not true. You have to join their Discord to get support -- https://discord.iota.org/ Thank you IOTA -- to the moon!

Der Import meines Ledger-Kontos verlief reibungslos und ohne Komplikationen – ein klarer Pluspunkt für die Benutzerfreundlichkeit. Ich kann die negativen Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen, da viele Probleme offenbar auf Bedienfehler oder veraltete Gerätekonfigurationen zurückzuführen sind. Für eine reibungslose Nutzung ist es wichtig, die neueste Version von Ledger Live zu installieren und die Firmware sowie die IOTA-App auf dem Ledger-Gerät (z. B. Nano S Plus oder Nano X) zu aktualisieren. Beachtet werden sollte, dass Ledger den Support für den älteren Nano S bei einigen Anwendungen, einschließlich IOTA, eingestellt hat. In solchen Fällen kann die IOTA-App manuelle Installation erfordern. Insgesamt ist die Extension eine empfehlenswerte Lösung für die sichere Verwaltung von IOTA-Assets, vorausgesetzt, die Einrichtung wird sorgfältig durchgeführt.
