As he mentions: basic and no extra features. It just needs a way to temporarily turn off the add-on (like clicking with CTRL, maybe?)
TabsPlus 8.8.5 が使用不可となったので こちらをインストールしました。 新しいタブをforegroundで開くだけの拡張ですが 今はこれがベストですね。

Thank You for giving us this functionality!! Makes my work flow so much easier!! Why this is not already an option built into Chrome (and some other Browsers) is really stupid on their part!!!!! BUT.....PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE Like others have said a lot before ----- Please make it have the ability to Temporarily Disable the functionality through the Extension icon!!! It would be VERY handy - To be able to QUICKLY turn it off for a few minutes, - When I needed to open a BUNCH of tabs at once when I am doing work/research. That would make the workflow even BETTER!!! Not being able to temporarily disable it took one star from being completely perfect!! This is FAR better than not having the option at all though !!!!!

This is something that should be in the Chrome settings by default. If I'm opening a new tab, of course, I want to see that tab right away.
