support could not be any worse, if ur going to falsely flag ppl then u need a bigger support team. u mention that its expected with only a few ppl working support but thats completely on YOU.
I cannot agree with stigmatizing people, no matter how well-intentioned it may be.
HORRIBLE extension with horrible support. How do you let your ai falsely mark someone as "UNSAFE" AND THEN refuse to reply to an appeal. Unsafe is such a strong word they just throw out there. If your ai is going to be this terrible then why do you have 3 people running support which is obviously not enough to run a 24 hour support team and they know it too
Too many false positives. Great at people who actually do bad stuff but most info is outdated and lots of innocent people like me getting struck. 1 star.
too many things fall under false positive just tested it with an alt, it does work majorly with flagging actual people who are breaking tos but there are also alot of innoecent people being hit in the crossfire, so 1 star it is
Incredible system. Rate limit, reason for so many of the one star reviews, isn't an issue if you use it WISELY (On friends with a high concentration of flagged connections, suspicious avatars, etc.) While it can be overzealous at times, the extention is helpful like no other. I can't imagine using the platform without it. Keep it coming, Rotector.

This extension is great! But is it safe?
good extension! helped clear out the bad and potentially bad people off mine, and my friends' friends list first time using it so there might be a way that i haven't discovered, but it'd be cool if there was a way to see who is labelled as unsafe through the friends list section, rather than going page by page.
