Works great for me. The only improvement I can think of right now is to have complete access to the contact details and ability to edit from within the chrome extension rather than having to open up the contact record in a separate tab. Other than, extremely useful.
Not finished cooking. Why'd they take it out of the oven so early? Maybe spend less time on FB posts about how woke your company is, and more time focusing on why we pay you.
Seems to work well for me on gsuite with no crashing. It would be good to see auto populate of fields though.
It does make my life easier in a lot of ways, so I'm grateful it exists! But could use a few improvements.
I find this really useful for tracking email correspondence in ActiveCampaign. It takes the place of the bcc email that a lot of CRM's use. It's also a positive step toward adding new contact information into the DB without having to copy and paste into AC directly. A good next step would be if the plugin automatically "grabbed" the contact info into the right field. Also a little quirky in the way it puts duplicate icons into the tool bar for gmail messages. I'm missing the point of that. Seems like a bug - hence the missing star.
Fantastic plug in, only way it could be better is if it could magically gather up the emails sent/received prior to getting this plug in! I love it.
It does a great job, when it's working. It crashes more than a blind man driving across country.
ActiveCampaign has been my go-to CRM/Email Marketing Tool for 4 years. Whether you're looking to automate your entire operations or intuitively want to customize your prospect/client experience...ActiveCampaign is my first recommendation.
I love ActiveCampaign and the Chrome extension is great. It is a little slow at times, but it is still nice to easily track my email interaction with those in my AC CRM.
