I usually don't have issues with it. It always tracks my emails. The extension has become faster and grown to become an entirely new experience. Active Campaign is a very good CRM system and so far we are happy with it!

ActiveCampaign for Chrome is a super extension. We track emails and use it for saved responses all the time. Works like a charm. Never any trouble with crashes or stability. This app is an absolutely must for ActiveCampaign users.

Very useful extension. I use it to see if my leads have opened their email. What I don't like is that if its a new contact, it automatically adds them to AC without asking me, so every once in a while I need to log-in to AC and manually delete all the contacts that aren't actually leads.

I like AC, but the extension is not living up to the standard I would expect. I don't even use it really because it does not auto populate rarely, if ever, correctly. Is it convenient? Yes... sort of. Could it be improved? ABSOLUTELY! I am really hoping it gets better because I just started with AC within the last few months and I am really disappointed in this aspect.

We're a startup and use ActiveCampaign heavily for day to day support and delivery. We actually use the automations more than the email blasts - which was our primary reason for switching across from Hubspot as they were more powerful than Hubspot's Workflows. My main interface with AC is in gmail through this extension, which I use heavily for saved responses. Although I did have some early challenges when they were only showing the first 20 saved responses, this seems to be resolved from what I can see (the workaround was to use the search btw). I do get logged out occasionally (like once every couple weeks) and need to restart chrome and log back in to correct it. All in all, if you use ActiveCampaign with saved responses and automations, this plug in will certainly be your friend.

I haven't used it much, but when I have it's worked very well. Having the data from a client right there streamlines my communications. I also appreciate the smooth integration with all aspects of the CRM. The more I use it, the more I appreciate it's function.

I love Active Campaign! It simplifies every aspect of my job and helps me keep track of important information. It's very useful for multiple departments within the company I work for. The Chrome add-on is a game changer because it displays all the information in Gmail rather than having to continually switch back and forth between tabs. Highly recommend!

Was with Infusionsoft for years. Hired a pro. Told him to spare no expense...pick the best CRM. He did his homework. We ended with Active Campaign. Genuinely a joy and pleasure to work with. No nickel and dime stuff. VERY difficult to go wrong with these guys. The Gold Standard for small/medium me thinks. Over and out.
