This helped me a lot. I am so glad I found it!
Didn't really do anything. I'm predominantly red/green colour blind but also have trouble distinguishing other colours not liked to red/green. In the set up it asked for the faintest stars to be selected then to adjust the slider until all the stars were selected. This made stars that were visible then not and also changed other rows of stars to have more faint stars than they started with. The extension could help some people out but it did nothing for me.
