To increase privacy in public spaces the Privacy Extension For WhatsApp™ Web blurs your messages. Your messages and other content only reveals upon hovering over with your mouse cursor. Additionally you can quickly toggle all effects by using a keyboard shortcut or by clicking the toggle button in the extension menu.
It adapts to your needs by letting you decide which elements you want to blur. Most important options:
- All messages in chat: Blurs all messages in the current chat.
- Last messages preview: Blurs all message previews on the left.
- Media preview: Blurs all images, videos, stickers, ... in separation from the text.
- Profile pictures: Blurs all profile pictures.

É uma ótima extensão, cumpre o que promete. Só tem um problema que adiciona um banner horrível de propaganda no topo do whatsapp que até atrapalha o clique em algumas funções. Nada contra a propaganda, afinal o desenvolvedor merece receber dinheiro pelo seu trabalho, mas pelo menos programe algo que não impeça o usuário de clicar em funções importantíssimas da ferramenta whatsapp. Se melhorar isso eu dou 5 estrelas.
Still cannot work on chrome
Thank you for fixing the error! Really appreciate it. But if I can just suggest something, could you possibly unblur the unread text notification? Because previously the notification number were not blurred and it would be best if we can see which texts are still left on unread. Thank you for your great work.
