Page Ruler is an extension that lets you measure distances (in pixels) on a webpage.
It draws a rectangular ruler when you move your mouse on the page. The ruler has width, height, start and end all labeled with corresponding metrics in pixels. When you move your mouse, the rectangle changes its size and all the numerics are updated. To activate the addon please press the toolbar button once. Likewise, to disable the addon please press the toolbar button again. This addon works with mouse clicks in desktop machines. For touch-enabled devices, you can work with touch to draw the rectangle within the page.

It's okay, problems I have with it is that if you measuring something at the top of the screen the measured values go outside the screen. If you're measuring something when a dialog/overlay is open the overlay will be above the ruler and make it impossible to measure.
Very nice, Very fast and easy, personally I loved it.......!
Love it, really needed this functionality, it's also great that it disables when clicking esc
I loved this extension, but is there an option to remove the "Ruler mode" thing? I'm measuring the pixels of my website's logo, which is at the top left corner, and that "Ruler mode" box covers it. Also, amazing extension!
Simple and useful
Worked well for what I need it for. In pixel format, X to X position, Y to Y position, difference is W and H respectively. You can turn it off in Chrome simply clicking on the puzzle piece chrome extension icon in the top-left and clicking on the extension again.
Not a good ruler. Gone after one click and you cant adjust the dimensions of the box you created. Not usable for Web-Development
Too many same confused values in one place with small sizes. I just want to see X and Y sizes. Nothing more.
