I signed up for the lifetime plan, which at that time was just the ProfitTree webapp. There were some issues and difficulties with using it but they seemed to fix things, at least some of them. I was looking forward to the browser extension, because in the webapp the thumbnails were so tiny I couldn't see what designes really looked like, and it seemed a lot of the results were either IP infringements or irrelevant to my search terms. When Etsy Radar (this extension) first came out it worked great for me. After a while I learned that a lot of the people in the communities I am in were having trouble with it freezing and crashing their browsers, it was basically unusable. It took quite a while for them to release a version that they said fixed that issue. When I checked by with the people I knew who were having trouble with Etsy Radar for most when they tried the new version it still had the same issues, it was basically unusable because it froze their browser. Unfortunately for me my extension automatically updated to this latest 'fixed' version, 1.0.4.34, and now I too have the same issue with Etsy Radar freezing my browser. If I wait long enough (an unacceptable about of time) my browser usually unfreezes and starts working again. Now imagine going to Etsy and putting in your search terms, your browser freezes and you have to wait an unacceptable amount of time to even be able to scroll. Now you want change the filters and choose Star Seller so you can change it to see the best sellers. As soon as you do anything like add a filter, which is going to refresh and change the page, your browser freezes again and you have to wait an unacceptable amount of time before it unfreezes. You change the 'star' to 'best' in the URL, your browser freezes again, you try to go into filters to change between physical and digital, your browser freezes again. You finally get to scroll down the page, and as soon as you click to go to the next page, your browser freezes again. It's wasting so much of my time and is so incredibly frustrating that I have turned it off and will probably remove it soon if they are going to take as long as they did before to provide a 'fix' (which didn't fix the issue, just gave more of us the same issue). The company's 'fix' is to remove all your other browser extensions. Is that realistic for anyone? Considering I have to login every time I want to use it even from the same browser, I need to have my password extension installed at the very least. The other extensions I have all play nicely together. If this one needs to be sandboxed by itself to work, there is something wrong there. The people giving it good ratings and saying it's working for them are not lying. It worked for me until this latest 'fix' that was supposed to fix the browser freezing issue actually caused the issue in my browser. If you're thinking of paying for this product, it might work for you, or it might not. Roll the dice.

I am NOT someone that pays for these kinds of things but i am genuinely so happy with this. SO MUCH functionality in one tool. I bought the lifetime when it first came out. I struggled with the extension when it first came out as slowed my browser down. I just uninstalled and reinstalled the extension to give it another go. I even rebooted my computer. Now I can't even sign into the app. As far as the app itself the data isn't entirely accurate. I know because I see my own stuff in there all the time and the data is wrong on my stuff. I think they released it way too early. They funded the development by all of us who bought the lifetime. I actually would have paid for a month to try out all the features if I could get this lifetime version and extension to work. I'm out, tried too many times.
