I had jittering and sound recording sync issues with this service which led me to stop using it in favor of something a bit more robust. However since a team member had already paid for a year of the Pro, I didn't think much of it. Flash forward to last week and I was billed at a new (higher!) price, without an invoice notice prior to the renewal or an email confirmation of the payment: found the payment on my card statement. Nice shady billing practice! Of course, their terms require a 60-day notice to cancel (which is insane for an app), and now I am going back and forth with their customer service team since the charge was made by a previous employee and the renewal wasn't authorized before I go to my card company. For a middling quality video app with a TERRIBLE and anti-customer billing policy, they get 1-star.

Really easy to use the Chrome extension and drops you into the dashboard super quick. Love the whole process with Vidyard. The Customer Service is very attentive and quick.

Two issues. I know people on School Chromebooks who have to use browser games. I know other people do too. This will close out the tab without telling you. If the game doesn't automatically save progress, there's a chance that data would be gone, possibly ruining things like losing the rare drop you got on camera. The other issue is that I have to pay to download my video. I don't know about other 12 y/o children, but I don't have money to pay for anything! If you're gonna make the service better, at least give like an option to open the website upon finishing your video and it's like togglable. but thank you for a fun 23 minutes :D

I learned about Vidyard from my sales networking group. After being in sales for over 30 years, Vidyard has quickly proven to be a unique and dynamic way to get someones attention...I have created a couple of personal (and generic) videos to prospect for new business and i couldn't be happier with the short term results I have received so far. Seems you can teach an old dog new tricks!
