Very useful and I've used this tool in all of my businesses. I've noticed that people don't respond to written text as much as a video and thus,the conversion rate for me with video is extremely high if done the right way. I highly recommend this tool to everyone. This tool helped me reach out to employers,clients/customers easier and they feel that it's more personable for me to reach out. I pretty much standout more than everyone else trying to reach my prospect.

I love the idea of this app, but I have had multiple issues with my camera turning off after it was initially on. If I share my whole screen and then go from tab to tab it just turns off my video. I'm still able to share my screen, but clients can't see me. It would also be pretty neat if you could embed the videos into email and clients could play the emails from inside their email instead of being redirected. A lot of the videos I do are less than 2 minutes. Great idea, but could use improvement.

I am currently trying out Vidyard on my Chrome extension. It has made the job of recording and sending to my team so much faster and easier than manually recording my screen and then sending a large file via We Transfer, i am loving this....

It works for what I am trying to do now, a little limited though. I wish you could use the small circle frame on the normal videos and not just screen recording. It looks much more professional that way but I dont need to share what is on my screen. I also have had some issues of lagging after making small trim edits, seems to freeze up. It would also be nice for the thumbnail to be the same quality of the video being played - I shot in 60fps and the thumbnail looks like it was taken on a digital camera from 2003. I also would prefer the video actually embed into the email and not be a link to anothe rpage. Thanks

The extension itself works great. I love the capability to screen record with my live camera on in the bubble on the screen. Great live features. Great simple hosting. You can't edit videos with Vidyard, but I would rather save the money on subscription costs and edit videos on my computer apps and upload to Vidyard for easy tracking and integration capabilities.
