It works well. The ability to add records quickly needs to be improved.
An excellent integration that avoids duplication of records.
Really helpful integration, and at no additional cost. From an admin point of view it is helpful that emails are logged as an email object in Salesforce, unlike some paid add-ons that log emails as tasks/events. This means that when users click through to the email in Salesforce, they can see the HTML laid out as it would have sent, meaning they get context way faster.
Takes a bit of getting used to the button for attaching the email but quite enjoying this integration.
Great to have this integration.
Essential asset for every aspect of creating, engaging and maintaining accounts, contacts and deals for SFDC within Gmail. The tool has many errors, bugs and information gaps between Gmail and SFDC. I wouldn't expect to get SFDC engagement to improve, but the glitches pale in comparison to all the benefits.
Relatively novice Salesforce user, but this is definitely helping my game. As with everything Salesforce, it makes some things easy--and other things I'm sure will be easy too, once I figure them out. Update: After 4 years, it has gotten much better. Use it all time.
