I've installed in my organization and experimenting some issues. For example, after installed in someones PC, the extension open a window to log in to SF, then ask to grant access or not, but keep asking for access. Simple loop. Another bad example: After install the extension and recharge the Gmail, the app do not do anything... Please help.
Works flawlessly
All it says in the sidebar is "allow access" and "deny access" when I click "allow access" it just cycles through the emails in my inbox by opening them on the left side but nothing happens to allow me to actually use this extension. It worked for a while and then just randomly stopped. I am not the only person on my team that this has affected. No one from Salesforce service department has seemed to been able to help. This has been going on for more than a month.
Does not allow to Add New Contacts. Requires new emails identified to be added to Leads
Game changer.... I've used Salesforce for over 5 years with Outlook and then 2 with Gmail. . . and then BOOM... this bad boy plugin doubles my efficiency over night. Thank you very much!
Seems to work well for how my organization uses it. Simple and easy to launch.
Unobtrusive and helpful, but I'd like to see the following: - being able to sync conversations, instead of having to manually add each email to the SF activity. Each new email in the conversation should be automatically added (or have that as an option) - some general improvements such as the ability to get addresses from SF and to edit items...
Is there a way to add a "Log a Call" or "Create a Task" button in the Global Actions? I can't seem to get those up... only new Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities... etc.
It just does't react and doesn't open... You should take it off the shop
Hyper utile !
