2nd most used productivity tool outside of Slack!
This makes logging customer communications so much easier!
Make sure to have Salesforce open and logged in in another tab of your browser. Once I figured that out, everything worked great.
It's a useful extension for daily work and nice addition to the SF client. One feature I use a lot is the 'add a new contact' function as it suggests names from Gmail. I would prefer a SSO with my Google account though.
Ottima
Would give 5 stars if SSO was a default option. Currently, the custom domain has to be manually entered, instead of using the "sign in with Google account" option being present. Otherwise, a solid extension.
Generally works great. Noticing that when I open an email that's being tracked, it "counts" as an open. Can all opens by me be ignored by the plugin?
Not a fan of this extension. It glitches a lot and I'm constantly having to reload so it syncs with Salesforce in my Gmail. I have to relogin to Salesforce probably once per week. Now I'm getting an error message that it can't load and won't connect to my Salesforce so none of my records load to log an email to. Our IT team can't figure it out with Salesforce and it's a glitch with this extension. I've tried removing the extension and adding it back, restarting Chrome and my computer... nothing works. Very frustrating!
