Poder trabajar en paralelo pero conjuntamente con Gmail me facilita mucho la tarea pues evita tener que cortar y pegar o crear una tarea nueva, increíblemente molesto en estos tiempos y absurdo pues es duplicar tareas. Gracias!
works aight - sometimes it's slow in gmail and doesn't load. Also, doesn't allow seamless integration across multiple users who share the same inbox.

FYI - Salesforce just added a new setting that seems to make the email logging feature not work right away. Go into Salesforce Setup >Gmail Integration and Lightning Sync and toggle off the 'Use Salesforce across the web'. Once I had done that, the email logging feature worked again. I also find on a regular basis I need to remove and reinstall the extension to keep it working. But otherwise a nifty feature...
I'm glad that I read the reviews as this extension just quit working for me today but based on the experience of others I removed and reloaded the extension and it is working again.
I love this app. The email tracker is a little glitchy at times, but usually if I uninstall then redownload it, it will fire back up.
