This used to be fantastic, but as of the most recent update, it is now useless to me. I used the "log email" functionality mostly for emails that were forwarded to me or that I was blind copied on, and now I no longer have the option to do this. You also can no longer go back and log old emails. This functionality used to improve my daily workflow, but the recent changes have made a huge negative impact for me.
the extension does not look anything like what is shown. i can no longer log emails to salesforce.
Recent change no longer allows me to relate an email or calendar event to a salesforce record. Makes it pretty useless to me.
Love it
Works great at integrating email and calendar activities with SF CRM. Love it and makes life a lot easier!
Works great! My company relies on it.
Loved that app, and a chrome update has rendered it useless. I now have salesforce on any chrome page I want, but cannot log an email, which was the basic functionality I needed. Feels like SF wants us to pay for a third-party, so they've rendered their app useless, while also requiring permission for it to further scrape your search history. Zero stars.
Version 2.246.5: If I could give it zero stars I would - log email has disappeared. Logging emails is the only feature I need, the rest of the features have no use at all as they are available in the main Salesforce window. Right when sending an email the logging still appears, but often you need to go back and log an email you sent previously, or you want to change which items the email was associated with. BRING BACK THE OLD VERSION PLEASE!!
It was great, but seems to have recently changed and has less functionality. The layout on the sidebar is nice, but the extension doesn't actually seem to be connected to gmail or calendar anymore so it doesn't save much time as it used to. Hopefully the old format comes back as I liked that it made creating new contacts from gmail faster by autopopulating name and email. Now you have to type all this information in, so I'm not sure what is being "integrated".
Very recently, I am finding the 'log to salesforce' button is not appearing and I am really struggling each day to get it back. Any advice?
