It works that is most important.
No option to login to sandbox to test it
Great tool. Saves a lot of time. Quite reliable.
We really need something like this however it is incredibly unreliable. Sometimes it works WONDERFULLY but others it disappears/doesn't work. Anytime we upgrade or update, it removes itself. Our company is even considering removing it entirely across the board and that's a shame.

The extension is great and I do enjoy it. There are bugs with the system sometimes saving to incorrect places. Also, I have to continually refresh because of errors.

Makes a huge difference with the logging and visibility capabilities. Plus ability to include meeting time options, send emails later all on one pop-out screen
