I would love to know if the integration could be enhanced by showing when an individual recipient opened that email and identify that individual by their email address?

It would be great to be able to log an email to multiple objects because sometimes I'd like to see it on the opp and on the other object that is related.

When it works, which is most of the time, it's perfect. Error messages occasionally present while drafting emails. And sometimes the load time to log emails is very slow. But overall, it's a good product. I wouldn't want to work without it.
