They retired the version of Salesforce Inbox I was previously using. I used to be able to receive push notifications on my phone when an email was opened or clicked. These have disappeared although my settings have not changed. The sidebar in gmail always glitches and most of emails seem to not get tracked anymore. When I look in SF I can see the activity but there is no "unread/read/reply" status. Please fix, you ruined a good thing!
This extension does not seem to work in Edge. It asks asks to "allow access" but then nothing.
Not working
Our users can not see the label "Read Receipts" to review who has opened your email. Does anyone know how to fix it in Gmail? Los usuarios no pueden ver la pestaña "Read Receipts" para revisar quién ha abierto sus correos. ¿Alguien sabe como habilitarlo en Gmail? Gracias!
Does anyone know if there are conflicts with using this extension when a user has Kiwi for Gmail (https://www.kiwiforgmail.com/) already installed? Someone at work mentioned this might be an issue, and I'm wondering if this is true. I do not have Kiwi myself.

Helpful, easy to use, and it connects all emails and logs them to related Accounts and contacts.
This is a great tool that I use everyday at my nonprofit. It works great!
It's Okay, It would be nice if they would simply create their own email client software that can be used in Salesforce directly. Many other CRM's do this. Additionally, I have had a number of issues with Inbox and Salesforce extensions over the years. and as such I have found that it is less reliable than simply bcc'ing the email to salesforce feature.
