This Extension is an absolute game-changer, and a significantly more useful and responsive tool than the standard 'bcc to SalesForce' method. You can minimise it to being barely noticeable, you can relate emails to accounts, opportunities etc before or after you send them (even historical sent emails), and you can create new contacts straight from the Extension. It's fantastic, anyone using gMail and Salesforce (Classic or Lightning) should immediately download this!
It works for me and help keep track de information and communication with the customers.
Very useful. Sometimes though, the submit button doesn't work to log email(s) to salesforce. I use the latest Chrome browser.
