Allows me to have context from Salesforce while working inside Gmail so I don't have to switch between the two applications very often.
The extension is quite useful. The only request that I have is that the ability to create Cases be added. We use cases quite extensively and they are not an option.

This extension for gmail is crippling. At least once a day I have to restart my browser as my email freezes while trying to log an email. You cannot easily see what emails have been opened. Every action should take 5 seconds but consistently takes 30 seconds to a minute to load an email and save it. The only function I like is the add contact - when it actually works.
I loved it
I cannot overstate how much time and headache this extension saves me! My only wish was that there was a wizard button that would guide you through creating a salesforce record for contacts not already in salesforce.
Excellent, saves a lot of time to log emails and contacts into SFDC
Constantly getting pop-up error messages, is slow, and regularly logs emails on the wrong cases.
Really love the extension, it makes logging emails much easier!
