Jelly Window Resizer 是給網頁與前端開發者用的 Chrome 擴充功能，幫你用指定寬高快速開一個獨立小視窗，用來：

檢查響應式版面在不同螢幕寬度下的效果

模擬手機、平板、桌機的視窗大小，不必真的改瀏覽器視窗或開 DevTools

在固定尺寸的視窗裡測試 UI，結果更接近真實裝置

你只要輸入寬度、高度（或點常用尺寸），再按一個按鈕，就會開出一個無邊框、指定尺寸的視窗；可選填要開啟的網址（例如本機開發網址），或留空開新分頁。
