I am able to join meetings in other browsers, but I can't in Chrome. Tried troubleshooting but this seems to be a known issue. It just keeps waiting at the Starting Webex... page. This seems to be a chrome issue, not a webex one. Now Chrome will not be my default browser. If I have to jump back and forth between browsers, then its not worth the bother. I'll use two for a few days and the next step is to uninstall Chrome.
No logro visualizar un video. No andaaaaaa
This has never worked and still does't on 64 bit Chrome
WebEx not only requires this Chrome extension it also requires installation of native application. This is garbage!
I see the extension added but every time I try to go to a webex it asks me to add the extension again and I end up downloading it again. REAL FRUSTRATION
I discovered that this extension hangs chrome. Disabling this extension cured the problem.
Cisco WebEx uses NPAPI and support for NPAPI was removed on Sep 1 2015. So, the extension needs to be updated by Cisco. You'll notice the extension is no longer listed in the Chrome App Store.
