The fact that you need to install a browser extension and install a separate executable just to watch a recorded screen share is absolutely incredible. Whoever thought this was a good idea needs to get their head examined. I had to run this in a VM because no way am I running this garbage on my main computer. It's a video, Cisco. We have had the technology to record and play videos over the internet in a standardized format for about 20 years now.

It says I've successfully installed it, but it doesn't work and keeps telling me to reinstall.

WARNING: I discovered on some internally deployed services with this extension enabled it tries to set some cookies for bit.ly and mthomas.co.uk. If I disable this extension (no other than uMatrix Origin is installed) there is no such cookie. This smells to me to some tracking and WOT disaster. Correct me if I'm wrong, but that doesn't look very promising.
