Try it in Browser Mobile Mode. What a fail....
Not working on Tablet and Mobile Mode.

Works fine on a static page, but doesn't work when a modal window in opened on a page.

Doesn't work in responsive mode when touch simulation is on. By the way, I think such a tool should be an integral part of Chrome Developer Tools, like it is in Firefox.
Cette extension est beaucoup mieux que les autres extensions measureit sur chrome.
It would be really cool and I would give a higher rating if it worked in mobile mode.
