We discovered Drag on a hunt to solve the forever problem of shared inboxes as well as how to consolidate the incoming messages. I now can check almost 10 inboxes in one single interface and that's seriously priceless. Recommended 11/10
Have been using it for a couple of weeks and it has not only sorted out our never-ending problems with sharing an inbox, it is also giving some extra structure to how we handle the messaging flow. Definitely recommended.
The increasing number of emails and support requests that were made within our projects had become a major challenge for us. We neither had a proper overview nor could we effectively allocate requests within the team. Drag has helped us to keep a constant overview of our various support mailboxes and to work more effectively within the team. The ability to assign tasks is intuitive and in the future we would also like to try out the automations. We can only recommend it!
Eine sehr sehr gute App, die es uns ermöglicht unsere Mail Prozesse zu optimieren. Eingehende E-Mails können automatisch auf Gruppen verteilt werden und auch ein Sachbearbeiter automatisiert zugewiesen werden. Zudem wird auch der aktuelle Status vom Eingang bis zum Abschluss einer Anfrage gut ermittelt. Alles in einem für größere Projekte innerhalb von Google Workspace eine sehr empfehlenswerte App. Wir hoffen, dass Drag in Zukunft auch noch in weiteren Browsern verfügbar sein wird.
Drag foi uma surpresa bastante agradável. Integrar Gmail à funcionalidade de tarefa, podendo atribui-las ao time é sensacional. Além disso dentro do e-mail é possível comentar, utilizar chat e transformá-lo num board estilo kanban. Ajudou muito nosso time de helpdesk, e também no gerenciamento de eventos. É bem intuitivo...
What a wonderful and easy app to use. I am dumb in the world of IT but this makes it so much easier to communicate with my committee. We are a small WA equine group who work really hard to make adult riding fun for our members. There is a lot of after play work done by committee members and this makes our life easier. Our team has had Drag for a month now and we're absolutely loving it. It has made organising our workflows, communicating quickly about emails and collaborating on tasks so much easier. I also love how intuitive it is to use, and how you can make the system as simple or as complex as you wish with rules. I'll be using this for a long time!
I like the Trello-like board view. It is especially useful when working on shared inboxes.
