Based upon my experience, I would classify this extension as malicious. It connects silently to malvertising/phishing/Fake AV websites - fortunately, ESET Smart Security blocked its attempts to do so. There is no malware on my machine, as evidenced by scans with AdwCleaner,ESET,Malwarebytes,Superantispyware,Spybot,TDSS Killer,Combofix,FRST,etc. I would definitely avoid this extension and be wary of others by the same team.
