I hate to give this a one star review. I really do. But per-site limits have been promised for like, what, two years now? I wish you'd just open source the project and let someone add it. If you ever release an update I'm sure it will be great, but hey, that's a big "if" at this point.
Would be great if I could enter a weekend time separated from my ordinary settings.

Simple and effective. I would donate money if I could customize the "Shouldn't you be working" page.
This is extension saved so much time I used to lost in procrastination! Simply great!!! :)
THE NUKE OPTION IS GREAT! This app can block all sites except certain ones based on topics, or all websites that are not on an allowed sites list, it works like a boss!
My only problem is that I use YouTube to listen to music, which as a music student, I don't consider a waste of time. But I can also spend hours watching all of these vlogs - Jenna Marbles, the vlog brothers, ect. and make-up tutorials... you know. And I can't block the vlogs and stuff without blocking the music. But there's no real way around that is there? Oh well.
This is such a great idea. I waste way too much time on reddit and facebook... Blocked them after 15 minutes a day, and I'm way more productive.
This is a great little app. I use it because I have a massive concentration span problem, and it does go some way towards managing that. So, thanks. I have a feature suggestion however - you could add a 'lunch time' setting that would disable all or some of the blacklisted sites for a specified length of time during the time range that stayfocusd is active. I have some news websites blocked with it, that I'd like to go to when I am having a proper break during the working day. Otherwise big thanks for a useful app.
