この拡張はtwitter.comとtweetdeck.twitter.com上で動作します。
タイムライン上の画像を右クリックしたときのコンテキストメニューに「download original image」を追加します。
この操作を行うと、画像は投稿者のユーザー名とツイートIDで自動的にリネームされダウンロードされるため、ダウンロードした画像をひとつずつリネームするという煩雑な作業を減らすことができます。
正常に動作すると画像は「[ユーザー名]-[ツイートID]-[0].拡張子」のような形式のファイル名で保存されます。3番目の[0]は「複数画像投稿の何枚目の投稿か」です。
何らかの原因でこれらの情報が取得できなかった場合、「TIL-unknown-[twimgのパス].拡張子」という名前でファイルが保存されます。
TweetDeckで利用する際の制約として、画像リンク( タグによるリンク)には対応していません。

wonderful little extension - fully configurable file name syntax and folder-sorting

Could it be added to avoid duplicates ? I like the way it is saved, but then I doubt whether to download it or not. Se podria agregar para evitar los duplicados ? Me gusta la forma en que se guarda, pero luego dudo si lo descargue o no.

Es muy buena pero le quito una estrella por que descarga todo en un archivo Zip y no solo la imagen luego hay que extraerla y es un engorro que no descargue solo la imagen.
It works fine, however I would like an option to download the image as it's original format rather than jpg/png only
似たような拡張機能を使っていたのですが、こちらはリネーム機能があるのが便利でこちらに移行しました。

Very often it fails to download the images properly and gets .html's instead of the desired .jpg. Other than that it's good.
