この拡張はtwitter.comとtweetdeck.twitter.com上で動作します。
タイムライン上の画像を右クリックしたときのコンテキストメニューに「download original image」を追加します。
この操作を行うと、画像は投稿者のユーザー名とツイートIDで自動的にリネームされダウンロードされるため、ダウンロードした画像をひとつずつリネームするという煩雑な作業を減らすことができます。
正常に動作すると画像は「[ユーザー名]-[ツイートID]-[0].拡張子」のような形式のファイル名で保存されます。3番目の[0]は「複数画像投稿の何枚目の投稿か」です。
何らかの原因でこれらの情報が取得できなかった場合、「TIL-unknown-[twimgのパス].拡張子」という名前でファイルが保存されます。
TweetDeckで利用する際の制約として、画像リンク( タグによるリンク)には対応していません。

Sin duda una de las mejores y que debes tener. Es fácil/accesible descargar las imágenes y tenerlas identificadas por nombre de usuario + ID del tweet, así aun que pase el tiempo puedes volver a encontrar el tweet original o el usuario.
有別於其他類似功能的應用程式,會直接在瀏覽的頁面上,插入"下載"用的botton,這個應用程式很低調地出現在滑鼠右鍵選單當中,只要將滑鼠移到twitter上想要留存的照片上方,點選右鍵即可開始使用這個應用程式,不破壞網頁原貌,也相當便捷

ver 85.0.4183.121（Official Build） で問題なく動いております。 リネームするのが本当に神機能で、保存した画像から作者が辿れる方法がずっと欲しかったんです。 最高の拡張機能です。ありがとうございます。
とても素晴らしいです tweetdeckで保存しようとすると2枚目以降が1，2...と連番にならず～～(1)みたいになるのが自分の環境だけなのかわからないので一応書いておきます

Worked perfectly to save all images from roborosewater. I used an autohotkey script (lbutton::click, right Sleep 100 Send d Return) to download an image when I left clicked on it. no errors and it correctly appended (1) to duplicate images which makes cleanup easy. 5/5
助かった。twitter IDだけじゃなくて、表示名(ユーザー名)もファイル名に含めれるともっと良い。
I wouldn't say I love it, but it does work. It places a new context menu item on the R click menu to download the image instead of adding a new one touch icon to the menu bar.
