Absolutely pitiful app!
I do not recommend this company. Despite providing all requested information, the cashback issue was never resolved. Communication consisted of repeated messages without a meaningful outcome. Based on my experience, the service did not meet expectations.
Why Topcashback cannot automatically track my transaction? I have to check manually several days later and report the missing by my self. When the extension does activate a cashback offer after some very deliberate checking and double checking to make sure it's activated, it still never seems to register any transaction in my account meaning I've lost money from missing cashback opportunities.
Sorry, but they just earned a 1 star. Be very careful as this company has changed it's tactics and began asking for very proprietary company information. Info that does NOT impact how they can operate so it mystifies why they are asking!! We are pulling away.
Recently it appears a bug has been introduced, where on amazon it will always default my search to Whole Foods. Also for certain items, it will add 30 quantity and I am unable to change it. I disabled this extension and issues are all resolved.

I was excited to try this because TopCashback seemed promising but the app has been difficult to use. I thought it would make my shopping experiences easier, but many times it doesn't recognize that the site has any offers - i have to manually go through the website to activate it (make the extension useless), and when the extension does activate a cashback offer after some very deliberate checking and double checking to make sure it's activated, it still never seems to register any transaction in my account meaning I've lost money from missing cashback opportunities. Opportunities I could be making more money elsewhere. I haven't completely given up on TopCashBack yet, but I don't recommend the browser extension.
On many sites it just sits there activating and never completes. I've brought this to their attention repeatedly and nothing has changed
