Very useful! Just reload your tab(s) after making a shortcut to make them register the new key binding. For the new shortcut to work on Google pages select 'Run JavaScript' towards the bottom of available actions and put your code in. If you don't know how to write code there are plenty of examples on stackoverflow that will get you where you want to go.
I can't scroll in the shortcut making window. Other than that the plugin is good.
good app, BUT I have a lot of shortcuts and really need this to scroll
This only works for a limited set of keyboard keys. It also doesn't work for extra mouse buttons.
it works for setting new hotkey for "close tabs to the right" in chrome.
For some reason shift+enter just opens a new shortcut dialog. You can't actually use shift+enter as a keyboard shortcut. That needs to be fixed.
Cannot scroll on option page. So cannot save / add any settings.
It was perfect till recent days the "backspace" I remapped for "go back" is no longer working.
