Останнім часом замість скріншотів часто зберігає просто чорний фон. Було вже разів десять. Перевстановив. Якщо буде повторюватись, понижу рейтінг і видалю.

Ставлю пятёрку за отличный инструмент НО с недавних пор какая то бага: первый скрин - всегда белый фон, приходится повторно переделывать, тогда изображение подтягивается. Очень прошу пофиксить, без вашей прилоги как без рук
Eu adorava usar essa extensão. Porém agora quando você tira o print para colar em outro lugar não tras a imagem apenas uma imagem preta ou branca. Por esse motivo deixei de usar.
Lightshot still producing just a blank image - has been happening for months now. My underlines are the only thing I can see. For folk wanting something that gives a full page screenshot you should use the PrintFriendly extension for that.

Dear Lightshot Support Team, I am currently using an AusExperBook laptop, and I’ve encountered an issue where Lightshot is no longer working. It was functioning perfectly fine yesterday, but after a recent system update, I’ve been unable to open or use the application. Here are the steps I’ve already tried: Re-downloaded and reinstalled Lightshot Ran the application as an administrator Toggled off “Use Print Screen key to open screen capture” Ended all Lightshot-related tasks from the task manager Despite these efforts, the application still doesn’t launch. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue. Please let me know if there are any additional troubleshooting steps or logs I can provide.
the tools is good, but sometimes it's fully white or black. 🤔
