I've had it on the computer for a while now. In the beginning it shut down things like the pointer on my laptop and I would have to uninstall it and suddenly everything worked again. I reported it and that was corrected. It allows me to shop, do surveys and now redeem a perk. The surveys are some of the same ones on the site that get to the end and don't credit. With the new system there's no way to request the points either. They red flagged my account so when all these surveys on the extension don't credit, I just don't get points. It's not worth the time to use it. It isn't necessary to do anything other than get a check mark on the daily to do list 5 days out of 7.

The app is good for pointing out the power available, but its flaky as heck. It will keep inactivating the points and prompting to activate repeatedly. Also, you don't always get the points that it claims you should get and you end up having to contact support.

I have been using this extension for about 3-4 years now, since it first came out. When it works, it is great! There are some sites that give trouble me when I try to use it, Wish is a good example. They have pop up windows for their products so every time the pop up happens and it closes, my points pops up again to be clicked on then it pops up again at check out and if I am in check out and go to PayPal to confirm the checkout, when I come back and the deal closes, my points pops up again and says it needs to be clicked and I do not get credit for the sale. I have missed hundreds of dollars of sales because I use PayPal a lot for my purchases because of Identity theft. I have had someone steal my credit card information 3 times so far and try to max out my card so I do most of my business thru PayPal now and for some reason your software doesn't like their software or something. The checkouts that make you leave the main page for some reason or another is the other problem you don't get credit. There are also several times when I have to click on the button for my points to open on a merchant that you cover, I don't understand that either. Usually when Honey open up, yours is right beside her, so when I see honey open and your don't I automatically click on the button and 9 times out of 10 it will open and start working.. I love the concept and the perks, don't get me wrong, I am just giving you a heads up to possible tweaks that might be needed. Maybe there is nothing to be done but at least you now know what happens at times.
