The extension works well most of the time. I was shopping for a freezer at best buy yesterday an the extension pop up with 6 points per dollar, but I did not receive the credit for it. This happens sometimes.
Use it a lot for purchases and groceries coupons. Great program have used it for a long time.
Works well to get the best prices. Even today I went to purchase items on a site that I did not know was connected to MyPoints. The Score app alerted me to know I could get 6 points for each dollar spent.
I have been using this for years too but lately my purchases don't seem to show up or or show pending either even after my point score is on??? I have tried to reach out to MyPoints but since I'm not too savvy with uploading my receipts which they ask up there I'm not able to contact them about my issues. because it does not go through. I have tried asking a question of how does one upload a receipt but that question is not is no where to be found in the FAQ either. Few years ago it was simpler when they answered to your emails now everything seems to have changed. There have been a few purchases in my past that have not been awarded & I'm not sure the present purchases will do so either if it does not acknowledge of the items that have been purchased ???
The Chrome extension makes it SO much easier to earn points and find coupons! I love it SO much! Are there issues? Sure. Nothing is perfect. But it integrates seamlessly and doesn't overwhelm my screen with pop-ups or interfere with my browser navigation, so I will keep using it.

I've been a member since 2004 I used to get lots of rewards. I noticed they jave cut back on areas like reading emails & often you can quailify for a survey but then doin;t get any point on that survey I will also say it an easy way to get pioint depend on how much time you spend or if you shiop alot
when it works...it's great! But, so many times you don't get credited for points as the extension won't recognize the retailer. I use to send a note, but now if I get the points great, if not...oh well! I can't keep wasting my time to receive missing points!
I love how easy it is to earn points and navigate different sites. I am very pleased with the extension.
