Switch to typing in a different language with the click of the mouse, and switch back just as easily. The Google Input Tools extension provides virtual keyboards for over 90 languages, full IMEs or direct transliteration for over 30 different scripts, and handwriting input for over 40 languages.
What's New?
✓ Malayalam now prioritize Arabic numerals as the default output when typing numbers. This change makes it easier to input numbers, as Malayalam numerals are not commonly used.
Usage Instructions:
When you first install the extension, click on the extension icon, then select "Extension Options" in the pop-up menu. A new tab will appear where you can select your preferred languages or input methods. The keyboards, IMEs or handwriting input you add to 'Selected input tools' can be enabled at any time from the extension itself. You can always return to this options page to add, remove, or change the order of your input tools.

不是什么时候启动都能用的~比如在这里页面点击中文输入，就没法输入中文~还要切换到本地的搜狗~而且，“google输入工具”，这么隐晦的名字，根本看不出他是输入法~~要不是看评论~真不知道~
Works great! Any chance for keyboard shortcuts? I suggest Ctrl-Space to cycle through enabled languages.
I love this extension! But I hope there is a hotkey to switch between the input methods.

why dont u have a simple guide for each character!? its difficult to divine which letter are related what other one!!

Great extension, I had already loved it when I first saw it with Google Translate, now it is an extension and can be used anywhere. Enabling and disabling it is really nice with simple keyboard shortcuts, but I accidentally found them. There should be some mention, and there should be some choice in the options, right? Anyways, awesome extension to have!
Doesn't work with anything I actually need it to. Such as google docs.
it will be better if there is shortcut to switch on and off the input, like normal input do. so we can type English easy while use the Chinese input.
Wish I could type in pinyin to get Traditional Chinese as well. Also keyboard shortcut to toggle on/off and/or rotate input would be nice too.
