The pronunciation voice thingy is not working. It doesn't speak the word anymore. Fix it please!
Google moment right here when they won't update their own extension to comply to their rules lol chromebooks do have the option to right click on a word but i feel this is much easier to use

It's kinda ironic that despite Google pushing their disastrous Manifest V3, they still haven't updated their own extension to comply with it. One of the most popular pop-up dictionary extension out there, definitely my favorite one, at least open the source code so we can help updating it then.

Please update this so we can keep using it! It's been my favorite dictionary extension for ages!
stopped working yesterday for me, I think. the pop-up's just endlessly loading, it would be a pity if they stopped supporting it. I use 2 other for definitions, but this one is just so minimal and in 85% of the cases the only dictionary extension you'd ever need.
Why this extension isn't being updated anymore?
The plugin is meant to show definitions when you highlight or double click a word. When I double clicked to highlight a word, no definitions popped up. Because this is the entirety of the plugins' function and it does not work, I have uninstalled it. Please fix it so it shows definitions when you highlight words and I will reinstall because I need a plugin like this. Also ignore the idiots saying to update to Manifest V3. V3 is garbage and should be thrown into the trash bin. Please keep this plugin on V2. Stop trying to break ad blockers. People can refuse to run whatever code you try to run on their computers. Scam ads and malvertising codes is one of them.
Google please update this extension to your new standards - I use this every single day.
