It's better to put a phonetic symbol after word.

Can't go without this extension, best extension for Chrome desktop. I'll leave at 4 stars because I could probably nit-pick and find errors but it's the best extension I have so that speaks for itself.

disappointed.. it is hard to believe that Google made this kind of quality and approved to launch it. the quality is very similar to 10 years ago technology.
Very helpful, although it fails to give definitions for some words.
"Google Dictionary (by Google)" is a learners dictionary. It deserves 5 stars as being suitable for people learning English as a second language. But a fluent English speaker using this is going to be very disappointed. Less than half the unfamiliar words I search on are there. And the words I'm searching on are unfamiliar words in ordinary newspaper and magazine websites. As a learners dictionary this extension is first rate. But as a real dictionary for looking up unfamiliar words it is USELESS.

Not working on touch screen. Useless on touch screen devices.
