Many websites embed video content directly into their pages: product demos on company sites, lecture recordings on educational portals, training materials on corporate platforms, news clips on media outlets, tutorials on documentation pages, and countless other cases where video is hosted as a standard file rather than delivered through a streaming service. HOW IT WORKS

video dwnl scans the current page for directly embedded video content. When it finds downloadable files, it presents them in a clean popup with available formats and resolutions. You choose what you want, click download, and the file is saved to your device. No copying URLs, no pasting into external converters, no extra steps.

IMPORTANT: video dwnl works with videos that are hosted as files on web pages. It does not download content from streaming platforms or services that use adaptive streaming protocols. If a video plays through a dedicated streaming infrastructure, it falls outside the scope of this extension.
