Hands down, best web proxy to use at school. School firewalls get annoying, and sometimes you don't want to connect to a proxy server manually and want to surf the web easily. Also, they tend to block web proxies too so this app can bypass that. If you go to school and your school blocks Facebook, Twitter, etc., then get this and you're set.
