Works great WHEN IT IS WORKING - currently getting a message that says "Navigate to a profile page or try LinkedIn search". Help desk link is "error 500". How do I get in touch with anyone?

I have just been informed by Google that this extension violates their web store policy. I am cancelling my subscription.
