The tool is not working ?? there is no response either? "Navigate to a profile page or try LinkedIn search". I have tried 12 different profiles including profiles that I have unlocked the information from before. Can you please help fix this issue or refund my yearly subscription.

April 19th 2024, Chrome, uninstalled and installed twice, not working at all. Figure it out.
Like the below reviews all my Datanyze has said is "Navigate to a profile page or try LinkedIn search". I have tried 9 different profiles including profiles that I have unlocked the information from before. Can you please help fix this issue or refund my yearly subscription.

Is not working and no one help us.
Changed password twice and when I go to enter the password into the extension, the system doesn't respond. The enter or verify button doesn't work. So I can't even invoke the application.
