The "Bookmarks Manager and Viewer" extension provides a panel view to modify your bookmarks. The panel is equipped with fuzzy search (like Google search) to help you find the matching bookmarks. You have a set of tools to edit your bookmarks on the fly. It is even possible to drag a bookmark to a new position in the tree or create a new directory and place the bookmark inside it.
Features:
1. Fuzzy Search: Use to find matching items even if you are not sure what the exact title or URL of the stored bookmark is.
2. Validation Button: Delete broken bookmarks or find duplicated bookmarks recursively.
3. Edit Properties: Modify the title or address of a bookmark
4. Toolbar Color: Detect if the current page is bookmarked or not

Cool, but when you search for folder to add similar boomark to, it could show folder icon and put folders at top of list, instead having them mixed between bookmarks with a same name, if you have like 10k bookmarks, this is a problem. Chrome should have this in the first place, google billion company, can't even make this basic feature dumb...
In addition to several bugs in operation/manipulation and UI as many comments have already mentioned, worse are the completely unnecessary permissions requirements. There is no way a bookmark manager needs to read/change data all websites visited. Legitimate privacy concerns when there should be none. Avoid!

Doesn't work in popup format on my pc. When I open this app in the full-page format it works. Once this app is fixed it would merit a five star rating and would be among the best bookmark managers.
La description prétend qu'il y a une fonction de validation des bookmarks. C'est faux, le bouton 'Valider' n'est nulle part et l'aide en ligne n'en parle pas.
I don't recommend this because I think as of now there's a serious bug: I had selected about five bookmarks in a folder, then hit delete, then clicked "yes" on the prompt and then boom, the ENTIRE folder got deleted! Additionally, it's slower than the native bookmark viewer and for me that makes it even less convenient than the normal bookmark manager.
Very simple book mark extension, you can search your book mark, if you are like me, who has a plethora of book marks then this is the right extension.
