SponsorBlock lets you skip over sponsors, intros, outros, subscription reminders, and other annoying parts of YouTube videos. SponsorBlock is a crowdsourced browser extension that lets anyone submit the start and end times of sponsored segments and other segments of YouTube videos. Once one person submits this information, everyone else with this extension will skip right over the sponsored segment.
You can also skip over non music sections of music videos.
This is open source and the entire database is public.

A quick tip: Try to help the submeters to save some time by modifying the segment submission time. For example: segmentStart = segmentStart - 1 Second or two; segmantEnd = segmantEnd - 1 Second or two; This applies for any unrealted things in the video for the sake of time consumption while submeting. Make the percentage of dislikes display based solely on the data you collect. When they turn off the ability to get dislikes through the youtube api, then you'll only display the dislikes from your database. But will cause the number of dislikes to become severely underestimated, because your extension is not installed by all youtube users. I'm more interested in the ratio of likes and dislikes, not the absolute value of the dislikes. Amazing extension. At first when I heard of the idea of crowd sourcing content blocking I was a bit hesitant, but after trying it for a month or so I can say this extension's concept and execution is excellent. For as long as I use YouTube, I'm going to make sure this is downloaded. This is clearly a must-have.

uBlock origin + this is the most ad free experience! Learned about this from Youtube Vanced for Android, very happy with it!
Second best extension in history after uBlock origin. Very polished and reliable. Only issues I've experienced is with third party websites that dynamically embed videos.
