之前看 YouTube 追番、刷日本博主的 VLOG，用传统的机器翻译简直是折磨，前言不搭后语。后来看别人推荐去开某大牌翻译插件的包月会员，一个月好几十，不用还觉得亏得慌，真成了冤大头。 直到我找到了“陪读蛙”，简直发现了新大陆！ 这个插件最牛的地方在于它不搞捆绑消费，完全支持用户自备大模型 API！ 我自己去 Google AI Studio 用 JCB 卡充了 2000 日元的 Token，把生成的 API Key 往陪读蛙里一贴，直接原地起飞！ 直接调用原厂正版大模型： 我用的是 Gemini，付费版给的频率额度极高。以前看视频稍微快进一下或者博主语速一快就频繁报错跳红，现在在陪读蛙里把进度条拉出火花来都丝滑得不行，完美免疫所有超频报错！ 民间字幕组级别的体验： 大模型（Gemini）对日语、英语等口语里省略主语的“脑补能力”太强了，翻出来的字幕极其接地气，都是标准的中国大白话，彻底告别僵硬机翻！ 性价比高到怀疑人生： 绕过中间商直接去上游批发 Token 真的太爽了。大模型计费极其便宜，看一小时视频才花几分钱日元，充值一次感觉可以用到天荒地老，用多少扣多少，再也不用担心包月会员过期作废！ 如果你也想彻底拯救你的外语视频观影体验，听我一句劝：下载陪读蛙 + 自己充个大模型 API，这绝对是当下最具性价比、体验最极致的看片姿势，没有之一！给开发者疯狂点赞！👍👍👍

某些网站的译文挤在一起，没有分段。比如推特，作者可以试试。
